Messy data → clean import file

Supplier catalogs prepared for store import, or CRM exports deduplicated and cleaned before migration.

Run by Ish.

Who this is for

Supplier catalog → store import file

You send

You get back

Checks cover UPC/GTIN check digits, duplicate rows, row and variant counts reconciled against the source, and sizes and units normalized to your rules.

Uncertain or missing values are left blank and flagged — never guessed or invented. You or your client run the import.

Price: $149 fixed for up to 100 products × 12 attributes, after a free 5-row calibration on your own file so the conventions match before anything is charged.

CRM / contact export → clean file

You send

CSV exports for contacts, companies and optionally deals, up to 1,000 records, plus your merge rules.

If you do not provide rules, the default is to merge only on exact matching email for contacts and exact matching website domain for companies.

You get back

No uncertain merges. One revision is included.

This is file-only work: no login to your CRM and no live edits. You do the import.

Price: Quoted after a free look at a few rows of your export.

Payment and timing

Invoiced after you approve the calibration/first delivery; payment details confirmed before start.

Timing is agreed when you send your files, before any work starts.

SYNTHETIC samples — invented data only

SYNTHETIC: Every sample below uses fictional products, companies and people. None of it is customer data.

Catalog sample — SYNTHETIC

Fictional supplier “Example Trail Supply”: 10 supplier rows in → 9 Shopify-format rows out, with 8 flagged exceptions.

The sample shows an exact duplicate removed; a UPC that fails its check digit left blank and flagged; a missing UPC and retail price left blank and flagged; an “assorted 6-pack display” flagged for the merchant to decide; “Med” normalized to “M”; and products set to Draft.

CRM sample — SYNTHETIC

Fictional companies and people: 9 companies → 7 and 12 contacts → 10. It includes 4 merges on exact domain or email and 7 exceptions left unmerged.

The exceptions include similar company names without a shared domain, a shared info@ inbox used by two people, the same surname with different emails, an empty record, and a company auto-created from a free-mail domain. Original IDs are kept.

How to start

Email ish2604856918@ish.support with 5 representative rows, or a few rows of your CRM export, plus your template or header row and any rules.

Ish replies with the free calibration for a catalog or a quote for CRM cleanup. At first, send only the rows needed for calibration.
